Imbued skimmers and gliders

Upgraded skimmers and gliders for improved speed, better glide ratios, and/or reduced stamina costs. Maybe adding the jump to the skimmer would be a result of imbuing. Also, the ability to "flap" the glider and do a short, steep hop up in altitude.
