  I would add that while close up the scenery underwater is great, looking at things from a distance is incredibly hazy (which makes sense for real water) but I imagine Nera having the clearest of waters, and being able to see more like he above mentioned and resources to gather earlier on, which would make underwater exploration a much more unique feature of the game which doesn't exist in many crafting resource games.

  Someone mentioned having underwater ruins and shipwrecks and I think that'd be super cool as well!

  anything that adds more diversity to the exploration in the game is a major plus in my opinion. its such a unique world that its one of the big things that separates it from other games. underwater ruins and wrecks would be amazing.

  There are under water chest .. hehe but yes more reasons to explore more thoroughly DEEP would be Awesome..
