Boats need a local grid

Building a boat from scratch is fine because the boat remains aligned with the building grid it was initially placed on. Once the boat has been moved, if the player wishes to make any improvements or adjustments the grid is no longer relevant to the boat.
When placing the hull of a boat it should project its own grid that remains locked to the hull regardless of the boat's location or rotation.

Please this. I know we can just change to freely position things that don't snap to the grid but having a gridsnap that is for the boat would be incredible.
